Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the ribs in a large dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  3. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  4. Place the ribs on a roasting rack in a roasting pan. Pour the marinade over the ribs.
  5. Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours, or until the ribs are tender.
  6. Remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C). Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the ribs are browned and crispy.
  7. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
