Cornbread Muffins
These delicious cornbread muffins are perfect as a side dish or for breakfast.

- Butter - 1/4 cup, melted
- Egg - 1
- Milk - 1 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- All-purpose flour - 1 cup
- Cornmeal - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a muffin tin.
