- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Thyme - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Rosemary - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Garlic cloves - 4, minced
- Colorado lamb chops - 8
