- Candied fruit - 100 grams
- Orange blossom water - 1 tablespoon
- Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
- Butter - 50 grams
- Milk - 50 ml
- Eggs - 2
- Yeast - 25 grams
- Sugar - 200 grams
- All-purpose flour - 500 grams
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and yeast.
- Add the eggs, milk, butter, lemon zest, and orange blossom water. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until it's smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle and place it on a baking sheet.
- Decorate the dough with the candied fruit and pine nuts.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the coca cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
