Clam Bake

Ingredients - Serves 6
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Lemon - 1, cut into wedges
- Butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Garlic - 6 cloves, peeled
- Onions - 2, peeled and quartered
- Potatoes - 1 1/2 pounds, small, scrubbed
- Corn - 6 ears, husked
- Lobsters - 2, about 1 1/2 pounds each
- Clams - 2 pounds, scrubbed
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Arrange the clams, lobsters, corn, potatoes, onions, and garlic in a large roasting pan.
- Pour the melted butter over the top and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and place on the grill.
- Cook for about 1 hour, or until the clams have opened, the lobsters are cooked through, and the potatoes are tender.
- Remove from the grill and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with lemon wedges on the side.
