Cilantro Rice with Basmati Rice
This flavorful cilantro rice is made with fragrant basmati rice and fresh cilantro leaves.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro leaves - 1/2 cup, chopped
- Water - 2 cups
- Basmati rice - 1 cup
Let's Get Started
- Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
