Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, shrimp, carrot, onion, and garlic.
  2. Soak a sheet of rice paper in warm water until soft, then place on a flat surface.
  3. Place a spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of the rice paper, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
  4. Repeat with the remaining rice paper and pork mixture.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F.
  6. Fry the spring rolls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve with fish sauce for dipping.
