Chuletas de Cerdo
Delicious and juicy pork chops seasoned with a flavorful marinade and grilled to perfection.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Pork chops - 4
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chops are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Grill the pork chops for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
