  1. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Make sure the chops are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for maximum flavor.
