Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
  3. Add turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. Add beaten rice (chiura) and salt. Mix well to coat the chiura with the spices.
  5. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chiura becomes crispy.
  6. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  7. Sprinkle fresh coriander leaves and drizzle lemon juice over the chiura.
  8. Toss well to combine.
  9. Serve chiura as a snack or with tea.
