Chipotle Maple Baked Acorn Squash

- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Chipotle powder - 1 teaspoon
- Maple syrup - 1/4 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Acorn squash - 2 medium
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the acorn squash in half from stem to end and scoop out the seeds.
- Place the squash halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
