Chipotle Chicken Linguine
A spicy and flavorful pasta dish with chipotle seasoned chicken, linguine, and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup, grated
- Heavy cream - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Linguine - 8 ounces
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Chipotle seasoning - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken breasts - 2, boneless and skinless
Let's Get Started
- Season the chicken breasts with the chipotle seasoning.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it to the skillet. Stir to coat the chicken in the sauce.
- Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce and chicken. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the chipotle chicken linguine hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
