Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cut the pork belly into chunks and place in a pot with the soy sauce, five spice powder, garlic, ginger, green onions, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  2. While the pork is cooking, make the flatbread. Combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes, then place in a greased bowl and cover. Let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a flat circle. Heat the oil in a pan and cook each flatbread until golden brown on both sides.
  5. When the pork is tender, remove from the pot and shred with a fork. Serve the pork in the flatbread.
