Chilli Garlic Corn

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Brush the corn with olive oil and place on the grill. Cook for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is charred and tender.
  3. While the corn is grilling, heat the remaining olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chilli flakes and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Remove the corn from the grill and brush with the garlic-chilli oil. Season with salt to taste.
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the corn and sprinkle with chopped cilantro before serving.
