Chili Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sugar. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add chicken slices and stir fry until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add more oil if needed, then add garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and vegetables. Stir fry for another 2-3 minutes, until everything is well coated and heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
