  1. Place a sage leaf on each chicken breast, then wrap each with a slice of prosciutto.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine the flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, shaking off the excess.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the butter, wine, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and cook until the sauce has reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve the chicken with the sauce.
