Chicken and Mushroom Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the chicken slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the mushrooms are tender, about 3 minutes.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
