Chestnut Panna Cotta

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a blender, blend the chestnuts and milk until smooth.
  2. In a saucepan, combine the chestnut mixture, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatin over the mixture and stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the mixture into four ramekins or dessert molds. Let cool to room temperature.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the panna cotta is set.
  7. To serve, run a knife around the edge of each panna cotta and unmold onto a plate. Enjoy!
