Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, saffron water, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Set aside.
  5. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the rice and cook until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain the rice.
  6. In a separate pot, melt the butter over low heat. Add the cooked rice and gently mix it with the melted butter.
  7. Cover the pot with a lid and let the rice steam for 5 minutes.
