Cheddar Bacon Quiche

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate and set aside.
  3. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble.
  4. Spread the crumbled bacon and shredded cheese in the bottom of the pie crust.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese in the pie crust.
  7. Sprinkle the chopped green onions on top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly browned on top.
  9. Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
