Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper.
  3. Place the oysters on the grill, shell-side down.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the oysters start to open.
  5. Carefully remove the top shell of each oyster.
  6. Spoon the butter mixture onto each oyster.
  7. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  8. Grill for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  9. Serve the chargrilled oysters hot, with lemon wedges on the side.
