Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add more vegetable oil if needed. Stir-fry the carrots, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms until tender.
  6. Add the cooked glass noodles and spinach to the pan. Stir-fry for a few minutes until heated through.
  7. Add the cooked beef back to the pan and toss everything together.
  8. Drizzle with additional soy sauce and sesame oil if desired. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
