Let's Get Started

  1. Season the beef slices with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. Slice the bread rolls in half and spread mayonnaise and mustard on both sides.
  4. Layer the cooked beef slices, blanched green beans, tomato slices, and avocado slices on the bottom half of the bread rolls.
  5. Close the sandwiches with the top half of the bread rolls.
