Celeriac Remoulade with Smoked Salmon

- Smoked salmon - 200 grams
- Flat-leaf parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Dijon mustard - 2 teaspoons
- Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Celeriac - 1 large, peeled and grated
