  1. In a large bowl, combine the vinegar, water, minced garlic, cumin, oregano, paprika, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chunks of dogfish to the marinade, ensuring they are fully covered. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. After marinating, remove the dogfish from the marinade and pat dry. Coat each piece in flour.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the dogfish pieces until golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove the dogfish from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot, ideally with a side of fresh lemon wedges and aioli.
