Cauliflower Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add cauliflower florets, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
