Cauliflower Stir Fry
This delicious cauliflower stir fry is packed with flavor and healthy vegetables.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
- Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Snow peas - 1 cup
- Broccoli - 1 cup, florets
- Bell peppers - 2, sliced
- Carrots - 2, sliced
- Cauliflower - 1 head, cut into florets
Let's Get Started
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add cauliflower florets, carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet and toss to coat evenly.
- Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
