  5. Return the pork cheeks to the pot. Add the beef broth, bay leaves, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cover the pot and simmer for 2 hours, or until the pork cheeks are tender.
  7. Remove the bay leaves and thyme. Adjust the seasoning if necessary.
