Carne Asada is a flavorful grilled beef dish popular in Mexican cuisine.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Orange juice - 1/4 cup
- Lime juice - 1/4 cup
- Flank steak - 1.5 pounds

- In a bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.

- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the excess marinade.
- Brush the steak with olive oil on both sides.
