- Snails - 1 kg, cleaned

- Add the paprika, bay leaves, and snails to the pot and stir well.

- Add the cooked chorizo back into the pot and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the Caracoles a la Madrileña hot, with crusty bread on the side.
