Calentao

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Scallions - 2, chopped
- Tomato - 1, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Leftover beans - 2 cups
- Leftover rice - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, tomato, and scallions and cook until the vegetables are soft, about 5 minutes.
