Cabbage Stir Fry
This cabbage stir fry is a quick and healthy dish made with fresh cabbage, colorful vegetables, and flavorful seasonings.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers - 1 red and 1 green, thinly sliced
- Carrots - 2 medium, julienned
- Cabbage - 1 small head, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add the carrots and bell peppers and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until slightly softened.
