Cabbage and Carrot Stir Fry

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the carrots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add the cabbage and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until it wilts.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and cook for another minute.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with the chopped scallions and sesame seeds before serving.
