Cabbage and Carrot Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Scallions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Cabbage - 1/2 head, shredded
- Carrots - 2, julienned
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, minced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the carrots and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the cabbage and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until it wilts.
