Let's Get Started

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, carrot, cabbage, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Place a small amount of the filling onto each dough wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and pinch the edges to seal.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the dumplings and cook until golden brown on the bottom, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add water to the skillet, cover, and cook for another 8-10 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with soy sauce or dipping sauce of your choice.
