Buffalo Short Ribs
These buffalo short ribs are slow-cooked to perfection and slathered in a tangy buffalo sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Celery - 2 stalks, chopped
- Carrots - 2, chopped
- Beef broth - 2 cups
- Buffalo sauce - 1 cup
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1, chopped
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Short ribs - 2 pounds
Let's Get Started
- Season the short ribs with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the short ribs and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the short ribs from the pot and set aside.
