- Dried cranberries - 1/4 cup
- Sunflower seeds - 1/4 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Dijon mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons
- Greek yogurt - 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
- Red onion - 1/2 small, thinly sliced
- Carrots - 2 large, grated
- Broccoli - 2 heads, florets separated
