Broccoli and Rice Bowl

Ingredients - Serves 2
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken breast - 1, cooked and sliced
- Brown rice - 1 cup, cooked
- Broccoli - 2 cups, florets
Let's Get Started
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
