  2. In a saucepan, heat the milk, vegetable oil, and salt over medium heat until it starts to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and add the tapioca flour. Stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and let it cool for a few minutes.
  5. Add the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic to the bowl. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.
  6. Using wet hands, shape the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pão de queijo is golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  8. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
