  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Make three diagonal cuts on each side of the fish.
  4. Season the fish with salt and pepper, both inside and outside.
  5. Stuff the cavity of each fish with lemon slices, parsley, thyme, and minced garlic.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the fish and rub it all over.
  7. Place the fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  9. Serve the branzino al forno with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with additional parsley, if desired.
