  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a jelly roll pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared jelly roll pan, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cake is lightly golden and springs back when touched.
  6. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  7. Place a clean kitchen towel on a flat surface and dust it with powdered sugar.
  8. Carefully invert the cake onto the towel and gently peel off the parchment paper.
  9. Spread the guava paste evenly over the cake.
  10. Starting from one end, carefully roll the cake tightly using the towel to help you.
  11. Transfer the rolled cake to a serving platter and dust with powdered sugar.
  12. Slice and serve the Bolo de Rolo.
