- Powdered sugar - For dusting
- Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
- Eggs - 3
- Milk - 1 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup, melted

- Rice flour - 2 cups
