Bok Choy and Shrimp Noodle Soup
This flavorful soup combines bok choy, shrimp, and noodles in a delicious broth.

- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Red pepper flakes - To taste
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Green onions - 4, sliced
- Rice noodles - 8 ounces, cooked
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth - 4 cups
- Shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
- Bok choy - 4 cups, chopped
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
Let's Get Started
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
