Bok Choy and Pork Stir Fry
This delicious stir fry combines tender pork and crisp bok choy in a flavorful sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Bok choy - 4 heads, chopped
- Pork tenderloin - 1 lb, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
- Add the pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted but still crisp.
- Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened and everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
