Bok Choy and Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add the pork slices and cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the garlic and ginger. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the bok choy and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted but still crisp.
  6. Return the cooked pork to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Stir well to coat everything evenly.
  7. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce has thickened and everything is heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
