Bok Choy and Leek Stir Fry
A delicious and healthy stir fry made with bok choy and leeks, seasoned with soy sauce and garlic.

- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Leeks - 2, sliced
- Bok choy - 4 heads, chopped
Let's Get Started
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the leeks and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the bok choy and stir fry for another 3-4 minutes, until wilted but still crisp.
- Drizzle the soy sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
