Bok Choy and Celery Stir Fry
A delicious and healthy stir fry made with bok choy and celery, seasoned with garlic and soy sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Black pepper - To taste
- Salt - To taste
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Celery - 2 cups, sliced
- Bok choy - 4 cups, chopped
Let's Get Started
- Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the sliced celery and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until slightly tender.
