Bok Choy and Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
  3. Add beef slices and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until browned. Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute.
  5. Add bok choy and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, until wilted.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the beef and bok choy.
  7. Stir fry for another 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
