  3. Add the beef slices and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  7. Add the bok choy to the soup and cook for 3-4 minutes until wilted.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Divide the cooked rice noodles among serving bowls.
  10. Ladle the soup over the noodles.

  12. Squeeze fresh lime juice over each bowl before serving.
