Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground pork and cook until browned.
  4. Add the preserved radish and century eggs, and stir well.
  5. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Rinse the jasmine rice and add it to the pot.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the porridge has thickened.
  8. Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and cilantro.
