  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add the white wine and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cleaned mussels to the pot and cover with a lid. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels have opened.
