  1. In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, minced black garlic, soy sauce, mirin, and sesame oil. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  3. While the broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a separate pot, bring water to a boil and cook the eggs for 6-7 minutes for a soft-boiled consistency. Peel and set aside.
  5. Divide the cooked ramen noodles into serving bowls.
  6. Pour the hot black garlic broth over the noodles.
  7. Garnish each bowl with a soft-boiled egg, sliced green onions, torn nori sheets, and sesame seeds.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
