Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the bison meat, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the desired doneness is reached.
  4. Add a slice of cheese to each patty and grill for an additional minute, or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the bison patty, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion. Top with the top bun.
