Bison Burger
A juicy and flavorful burger made from lean bison meat, topped with cheese and served on a toasted bun.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Onion - 1, sliced
- Tomato - 1, sliced
- Lettuce - 4 leaves
- Hamburger buns - 4
- Cheddar cheese - 4 slices
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Bison meat - 1 pound
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the bison meat, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the desired doneness is reached.
- Add a slice of cheese to each patty and grill for an additional minute, or until the cheese is melted.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble the burgers by placing a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun, followed by the bison patty, a slice of tomato, and a slice of onion. Top with the top bun.
