Biancomangiare is a traditional Italian dessert, a sweet and creamy white pudding made with milk, sugar, and starch, often flavored with vanilla or almond.

- Almond extract - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 50 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Milk - 500 ml
